In section 26 (interpretation) in subsection (1), there shall be inserted at the appropriate place— “ the appropriate Agency ” means— (a) in the case of a site in England or Wales, the Environment Agency; (b) in the case of a site in Scotland, the Scottish Environment Protection Agency;
