(1) In section 71 of that Act (waste from water resources) in subsection (6) (power of court to authorise the National Rivers Authority to take steps to execute an order) for the words “the NRA” there shall be substituted— (a) where it first occurs, the words “the Environment Agency”; and (b) where it next occurs, the words “the Agency”. (2) In subsection (7) (powers of entry etc of persons designated by the National Rivers Authority) for the words “the NRA” in each place where it occurs there shall be substituted the words “ the Environment Agency ” .
