In Schedule 2 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 (departments and authorities subject to investigation)— (a) there shall be inserted at the appropriate places the entries— (i) “ Environment Agency ” ; and (ii) “ Scottish Environment Protection Agency ” ; (b) after note 1, there shall be inserted— (1A) The reference to the Environment Agency is a reference to that Agency in relation to all its functions other than its flood defence functions, within the meaning of the Water Resources Act 1991.
