(1) Section 132 of that Act (powers and procedure on references and reviews) shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this paragraph. (2) For the words “the Secretary of State”, wherever occurring, there shall be substituted the words “ the Environment Agency ” . (3) In subsection (2)(b) of that section (duty of the Secretary of State to consider representations or objections duly made to him) for the words “him” and “he” there shall be substituted the word “ the Agency ” . (4) In subsection (6) of that section (section 121(1) and (2) not to restrict power to impose conditions under subsection (4)(b)) for the word “he” there shall be substituted the words “ the Agency ” . (5) Subsection (7) (powers of entry) shall cease to have effect.
