In section 59 of that Act (local inquiries) in subsection (1)— (a) for the words “a local inquiry” there shall be substituted the words “an inquiry”; and (b) for the words “such an inquiry” there shall be substituted the words “an inquiry”; and for the side-note to that section there shall accordingly be substituted “Inquiries.”.
