(1) Section 8 of that Act (transfer and relinquishment of licences) shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this paragraph. (2) In subsection (1) (transfer of licences)— (a) for the words “the authority which issued the licence” there shall be substituted the words “ the appropriate Agency ” ; and (b) for the words “the authority”, in both places where they occur, there shall be substituted the words “ that Agency ” . (3) In subsection (4) (cancellation of licences)— (a) for the words “the authority which issued it” there shall be substituted the words “ the appropriate Agency ” ; and (b) for the words “the authority”, in the other place where they occur, there shall be substituted the words “ that Agency ” .
