(1) In section 2(2) of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994 (constitution of councils) after the words “this Act” there shall be inserted the words “and of the Environment Act 1995”. (2) In Schedule 13 to that Act (minor and consequential amendments) in paragraph 75(27) (which amends certain provisions of the Sewerage (Scotland) Act 1968) for the words from the beginning to “premises)” there shall be substituted the words “In section 53 (notices to be in writing)”.
