In the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960— (a) section 24 (power to provide sites for caravans), and (b) paragraph 11 of Schedule 1 to that Act (no licence required for land occupied by a local authority), shall have effect as if a National Park authority were a local authority for the purposes of that Act and as if the relevant Park were that authority’s area.
