s 20 The Scottish Environment Protection Agency.
(1) There shall be a body to be known as the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (in this Act referred to as “ SEPA ”), for the purpose of carrying out the functions transferred or assigned to it by or under this Act. (2) Schedule 6 to this Act shall have effect with respect to SEPA.
