s 81 Functions of the new Agencies.
(1) In discharging its pollution control functions, each new Agency and the Natural Resources Body for Wales shall have regard to the strategy. (2) In this section “ pollution control functions ” ... means — (a) means in the case of the Agency or the Natural Resources Body for Wales , the functions conferred on it by or under the enactments specified in section 5(5) above (subject, in the case of the Body , to section 5(6) above) ; or (b) in the case of SEPA, the functions conferred on it by or under the enactments specified in section 33(5) above has the same meaning as in section 108(15) below in relation to SEPA .
