(1) Section 34 (conveyance to nominee purchaser) shall be amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1)— (a) after “specified premises” there shall be inserted “ , of a part of those premises ” , and (b) after “those premises” there shall be inserted “ , that part of those premises ” . (3) In subsection (2), after “premises” there shall be inserted “ , the part of the specified premises ” .
