(1) Section 36 (nominee purchaser required to grant leases back to former freeholder) shall be amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1)— (a) for “the freehold of” there shall be substituted “ a freehold interest in ” , and (b) for “freehold”, where it second occurs, there shall be substituted “ interest ” . (3) In subsection (2), for “of the specified premises” there shall be substituted “ interest concerned ” .
