(1) Section 19 (effect of notice under section 13 on subsequent transactions by freeholder etc) shall be amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1)(a)— (a) for “the person who owns the freehold of the specified premises” there shall be substituted “ any person who owns the freehold of the whole or any part of the specified premises or the freehold of any property specified in the notice under section 13(3)(a)(ii) ” , and (b) in sub-paragraph (i), for the words from “any property” to the end there shall be substituted “ that property ” . (3) In subsection (2), for paragraph (a) there shall be substituted— (a) any person who owns the freehold of the whole or any part of the specified premises or the freehold of any property specified in the notice under section 13(3)(a)(ii) disposes of his interest in those premises or that property, (4) In subsection (4), for paragraph (a) there shall be substituted— (a) by any person who owns the freehold of the whole or any part of the specified premises or the freehold of any property specified in the notice under section 13(3)(a)(ii),
