In section 42 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987 (application of Part II to cases arising in England and Wales: request for co-operation)— (a) in subsection (1) for “section 67(1) of the Housing Act 1985” substitute “ section 198(1) of the Housing Act 1996 ” ; and (b) in subsections (2) and (3) for “section 72 of the Housing Act 1985” substitute “ section 213 of the Housing Act 1996 ” .
