s 55 Minor and consequential amendments: Part I.
(1) The enactments mentioned in Schedule 3 have effect with the minor amendments specified there. (2) The Welsh Ministers may by order make such amendments or repeals of any enactment as appear to them necessary or expedient in consequence of the provisions of this Part. (3) Any such order shall be made by statutory instrument which shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of the National Assembly for Wales .
