Sch 10 para 3A
(1) The Scottish Ministers may by order specify a first review date different from the first review date found in pursuance of paragraph 3(1) or (2). (2) Sub-paragraph (3) applies if no first review date is found in pursuance of paragraph 3(1) or (2). (3) The Scottish Ministers may by order specify a first review date. (4) An order under sub-paragraph (3) may make different provision for different cases or different classes of case. (5) An order under this paragraph must be made by statutory instrument subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
