(1) Where an application for the registration of an old mining permission is granted, the permission must be entered in the appropriate part of the register kept under section 36 and the entry must specify the area of land ascertained under paragraph 13(4)(a). (2) Where an application to determine the conditions to which an old mining permission is to be subject is finally determined, the conditions must be entered in the appropriate part of that register. (3) The matters required to be entered in the register under this paragraph must be entered as soon as reasonably practicable.
