Sch 8 para 8
An order made under paragraph 3, 5 or 6 shall not take effect until it is registered either— (a) in a case where the land affected by the order is registered in that Register, in the Land Register for Scotland, or (b) in any other case, in the appropriate division of the General Register of Sasines.
