s 253A Grants for advice and assistance
(1) The Scottish Ministers may make grants for the purpose of assisting any person to provide advice and assistance in connection with any matter which is related to the planning Acts or the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 (asp 17). (2) The Scottish Ministers may, as respects any such grant, provide that it is to be subject to such terms and conditions as they think appropriate.
