s 27C Display of notice while development is carried out
(1) A person carrying out development of a prescribed class must until the development is completed display a notice containing prescribed information. (2) The Scottish Ministers may by regulations make provision as to— (a) the form of the notice required by subsection (1), and (b) where such a notice is to be displayed.
