Sch 6B para 5 Powers of the Committee
(1) Subject to sub-paragraph (2), the power in section 44(1) may be exercised by the Committee as if the Committee had been expressly authorised to do so in accordance with section 44(6). (2) Subsection (2) of section 44 has effect in relation to the Committee as if for paragraphs (a) and (b) there were substituted “the purpose or functions of the Windsor Framework Democratic Scrutiny Committee” .
