For section 8(6) and (7) (application of Act to Scotland and to Northern Ireland) substitute— (6) This Act extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. (7) This Act, so far as it relates to proceedings before a court-martial or the Courts-Martial Appeal Court, applies to such proceedings wherever they may take place (whether in the United Kingdom or elsewhere).
