In section 93 of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995 (interpretation of Part II)— (a) in paragraph (b) of the definition of “residential establishment”, for “registered” there shall be substituted “ private ” ; and (b) in the definition of “secure accommodation”, for “paragraph 4(2)(i) of Schedule 4 to the Children Act 1989” there shall be substituted “ section 22(8)(a) of the Care Standards Act 2000 ” .
