In section 82(4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1991 (duties of prisoner custody officers acting in pursuance of prisoner escort arrangements), for “section 34A of the 1973 Act” there shall be substituted “ section 142 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ” .
