In section 21 of the Firearms Act 1968 (possession of firearms by persons previously convicted of crime), in subsection (2A)(c), for “section 77 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998” there shall be substituted “ section 104 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ” .
