In section 64 of the Health Services and Public Health Act 1968 (financial assistance by Secretary of State to certain voluntary organisations), at the end of subsection (3)(a) there shall be inserted the following sub-paragraph— (xxi) sections 63 to 66 and 92 of, and Schedules 6 and 7 to, the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000;
