(1) Section 43 of the Prison Act 1952 (institutions for young offenders) shall be amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1)(d), for “section 73 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998” there shall be substituted “ section 100 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ” . (3) In subsection (7), for “section 12 of the Criminal Justice Act 1982” there shall be substituted “ section 108(5) of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ” .
