In section 38B of the Criminal Law Act 1977 (further provision for execution of certain warrants of commitment), in subsection (5), in the definition of “prison”, for “section 12(10) of the Criminal Justice Act 1982” there shall be substituted “ section 108(5) of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ” .
