In paragraph 5 of Schedule 1 to that Act— (a) in sub-paragraph (b)(i), for “section 57(2) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999” substitute “ section 81(3)(a) of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 ” , and (b) in sub-paragraph (b)(ii), for “paragraph 1(3) of Schedule 2” substitute “ paragraph 11 of Schedule 5 ” .
