The following shall be substituted for paragraph 4 of Schedule 5 to that Act (lifestyle offences: Northern Ireland: people trafficking)— (4) (1) An offence under section 25, 25A or 25B of the Immigration Act 1971 (assisting unlawful immigration etc.). (2) An offence under section 145 of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 (traffic in prostitution).
