In paragraph 29 of that Schedule (bail pending appeal)— (a) in sub-paragraph (1), for the words from “section” to “1999” substitute “ Part 5 of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 ” , and (b) for the words “Appeal Tribunal” substitute, in each place, “ Immigration Appeal Tribunal ” .
