In section 200 (cases considered for referral to another local housing authority)— (a) for subsections (3) and (4) there is substituted— (3) If it is decided that the conditions for referral are not met, the notifying authority are subject to the duty under section 193 (the main housing duty). (4) If it is decided that those conditions are met, the notified authority are subject to the duty under section 193 (the main housing duty). and (b) in subsection (5), for “continue to secure” there is substituted “ secure ” .
