In paragraph 9— (a) in sub-paragraph (1), for “paragraph 8(1)” there is substituted “ paragraph 8, or whose Northern Ireland licence and Northern Ireland test certificate have been revoked under a provision of Northern Ireland law corresponding to paragraph 8(1), ” , (b) in sub-paragraph (4)(b)(i), after “1988” there is inserted “ , or under a provision of Northern Ireland law corresponding to that section, ” .
