An offence under section 21 of the Children and Young Persons Act (Northern Ireland) 1968 (c. 34) (causing or encouraging seduction or prostitution of a girl under 17) if the offender— (a) was 18 or over, or (b) is or has been sentenced in respect of the offence to imprisonment for a term of at least 12 months.
