In Article 8 of the Rehabilitation of Offenders (Northern Ireland) Order 1978 (limitations on rehabilitation under that Order), in paragraph (2), for sub-paragraph (bb) substitute— (bb) in any proceedings under Part 2 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, or on appeal from any such proceedings;
