In section 74 of the Adoption and Children Act 2002 (status conferred by adoption not to apply for the purposes of certain enactments), in subsection (1) for paragraphs (b) and (c) substitute or (b) sections 64 and 65 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (sex with an adult relative).
