s 141 Commencement
(1) This Act, except this section and sections 138, 142 and 143, comes into force in accordance with provision made by the Secretary of State by order. (2) An order under subsection (1) may— (a) make different provision for different purposes; (b) include supplementary, incidental, saving or transitional provisions.
