Sch 18B para 44 Sexual Offences Act 2003
An offence under Part 1 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (sexual offences), other than an offence under any of the following provisions of that Act— (a) section 51A (soliciting); (b) section 53A (paying for sexual services of a prostitute subjected to force etc); (c) section 71 (sexual activity in a public lavatory).
