Sch 19B para 4 Person removed after Board had directed release but before being released
Paragraphs 5 and 6 apply where, before a person’s removal from the United Kingdom— (a) the Board had directed their release under section 244ZC, 244A or 246A, but (b) they had not been released on licence.
