(1) The Civil Aviation Act 1982 is amended as follows. (2) In section 44 (offences relating to the power to obtain rights over land), in subsection (10), for “three months” there is substituted “ 51 weeks ” (3) In section 75 (investigation of accidents), in subsection (5), for “three months” there is substituted “ 51 weeks ”
