(1) The Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 is amended as follows. (2) In section 29 (letting of house after recent case of notifiable disease), in subsection (1), for “one month” there is substituted 51 weeks . (3) In section 30 (duty on ceasing to occupy house after recent case of notifiable disease), in subsection (1), for “one month” there is substituted 51 weeks . (4) In section 62 (powers of entry), in subsection (3), for “3 months” there is substituted 51 weeks .
