(1) The Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 is amended as follows. (2) In section 60 (failing to stop), in subsection (8), for “one month” there is substituted “ 51 weeks ” . (3) In section 60AA (powers to require removal of disguises), in subsection (7), for “one month” there is substituted “ 51 weeks ” . (4) In section 61 (power to remove trespasser on land), in subsection (4), for “three months” there is substituted “ 51 weeks ” . (5) In section 62B (failure to comply with direction under section 62A: offences), in subsection (3), for “3 months” there is substituted “ 51 weeks ” . (6) In section 63 (powers to remove persons attending or preparing for a rave), in subsections (6) and (7B), for “three months” there is substituted “ 51 weeks ” . (7) In section 68 (offence of aggravated trespass), in subsection (3), for “three months” there is substituted “ 51 weeks ” . (8) In section 69 (powers to remove persons committing or participating in aggravated trespass), in subsection (3), for “three months” there is substituted “ 51 weeks ” .
