For section 21 (procedure where trial on indictment appears more suitable) there is substituted— Procedure where trial on indictment appears more suitable (21) If the court decides under section 19 above that the offence appears to it more suitable for trial on indictment, the court shall tell the accused that the court has decided that it is more suitable for him to be tried on indictment, and shall proceed in relation to the offence in accordance with section 51(1) of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998.
