(1) Schedule 7 to the International Criminal Court Act 2001 (domestic provisions not applicable to ICC prisoners), is amended as follows. (2) In paragraph 2(1), for paragraph (d) there is substituted— (d) section 240 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (crediting of periods of remand in custody). (3) In paragraph 3(1), for “Part 2 of the Criminal Justice Act 1991” there is substituted “ sections 244 to 264 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 ” .
