(1) Section 10 (appeal against sentence in cases dealt with by Crown Court otherwise than on conviction on indictment) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (2) — (a) in paragraph (b), for “or a community order within the meaning of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” there is substituted “ a youth community order within the meaning of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 or a community order within the meaning of Part 12 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 ” , and (b) paragraph (c) and the word “or” immediately preceding it are omitted.
