In section 36 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 (reviews of sentencing)— (a) in subsection (3), for “10” there is substituted “ 11 ” , (b) in subsection (9)(b), for “10 and 35(1)” there is substituted “ 11 and 35(1) ” .
