s 2 The following is the Schedule inserted before Schedule 2 to the Criminal Procedure (Insanity) Act 1964 (c. 84)— SCHEDULE 1A Supervision orders
(1) The court shall not make a supervision order unless it is satisfied that, having regard to all the circumstances of the case, the making of such an order is the most suitable means of dealing with the accused or appellant. (2) The court shall not make a supervision order unless it is also satisfied— (a) that the supervising officer intended to be specified in the order is willing to undertake the supervision; and (b) that arrangements have been made for the treatment intended to be specified in the order.
