(1) Section 36 of the Family Law Act 1996 (one cohabitant or former cohabitant with no existing right to occupy) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1)(c), for the words from “live together as” to the end substitute “ cohabit or a home in which they at any time cohabited or intended to cohabit ” . (3) In subsection (6)(f), for “lived together as husband and wife” substitute “ cohabited ” .
