(1) Article 7 of the Protection from Harassment (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 (power to make restraining order where defendant convicted of offence under Article 4 or 6 of that Act) is amended as follows. (2) In the heading, at the end insert “ on conviction ” . (3) In paragraph (2) omit “further”.
