Use of the results of an analysis of DNA for any of the following purposes is use for an excepted purpose if the bodily material concerned is from the body of a living person— (a) clinical audit; (b) education or training relating to human health; (c) performance assessment; (d) public health monitoring; (e) quality assurance.
